Dorcas Brown is the President and sole owner of Top Tier Financial & Business Solutions based in NC.
She established TopTierFBS in 2019 because she saw that there was a huge gap between people being business owners and business owners knowing their business. The sole purpose of Top Tier FBS is to help professionals nationwide understand their business and keep them compliant when it comes to their businesses and finances.
Before starting Top Tier FBS she had already helped a multitude of business owners develop their business, file their taxes, clean up and understand their finances and create business strategy's for them to grow while educating them on how to stay compliant in all areas.
Dorcas started in the financial and business industry as a cashier and quickly moved through the ranks to shortly become the bookkeeper at the young age of 16. Then moving into becoming the backup manager and later taking on an accounting role in a Honda dealership while running her own business at the age of 17 while also handling her mothers books. After moving to Raleigh and taking an accounting role at a multi-state Commercial Cleaning firm she quickly moved up the ranks from receivables to head of accounting and eventually became the trainer and go to person for financial problem solving.
Throughout her work history she continued to educate herself on business development helping as many people as she could become entrepreneurs and financially knowledgeable on what it means to be an entrepreneur. Her real life experience and continued growth in knowledge and innovative mind makes her the perfect fit for your business and financial needs.
